It features an interview with Robert, Kristen, Ashley, Taylor and Dakota about New Moon and the Italian set experience in Montepulciano. Plus a fan report.

Grazia magazine (Italy) scans: Rpattz interview, New Moon set report plus a little Dakota

So, since apparently I have nothing better to do on a Sunday afternoon, I made some scans fron the Italian weekly magazine Grazia.
Its current issue features an interview with Robert Pattinson about New Moon and fame, a set report from Montepulciano and a brief article on Dakota Fanning's style.

Rob's interview. For those of you who are not Italian friendly I'm gonna sum it all up a bit.

The article starts with a comparison betweek Hollywood already famous 'big' sex-symbols (Johnny depp, Brad Pitt...). Big, because they're both over their forties, and Rob's perfect to take their inheritance and being Hollywoood's new sex-symbol.

The very first question is his take on success and fame. He answers that he's living a dream. "I've been acting since I wan 15 in Shakespeare theatres, so it's a lot of experience even if I'm only 23. Success came all of a sudden and I still have to get used to it. It's insane!"

Then he says that he saw a couple of girls crying at a Blockbuster event for the Twilight DVD launch.
"I was there, trying to understand what triggered that reaction. They were on the verge of tears because they were going to receive their DVD copy. Those girls were crying for a DVD!" (I can totally see his bewindered face here LOL) And he goes on saying that he remained silent trying not to get noticed.
As for the New Moon shooting, Rob states that shooting was going pretty well also because NM has a more oniric and fantastic atmosphere. "Most of my character's scenes are purely a product of Bella's imagination: there are memories but also nightmares all mixed up together. She's really scared because she thinks she's going insane. I got to shoot some pretty impressive stuff. I think this movie is going to be scarier that the first one."

Speaking of fear, he's asked about the Oscars night. And about VIP's opinions on Twilight.
"it was incredible. I think about last year when I looked at this kind of events like I'll never be a part of any of them. And now..I keep on thinking that something really bad is going to happen to me. It's bound to happen because I already exploited all myluck, so probably I'm gonna die in a few days or something."

"Robin Wright Penn told me that she and her kids loved Twilight very much. She came to me and it was really weird because it was just after her husband won the award for best actor. Surreal, indeed."

Have you and your other cast members ever compete on 'who met the most exuberant fans'?
No, I always try to keep a low profile. But often people gets deluded when they actually meet me. Their first reaction is: at first I thought you were an homeless, then I recognized you.

You are a talented guitarist and pianist, and you composed a few songs for the Twilight soundtrack. Is there any other musical project you're involved with?
"Yes, actually. I'm composing a few songs for another movie OST I'm very fond of, but I can't tell any more than this for now.

A few months ago, People magazing put you in 13th place in their 'Most sexy man' chart, and you said you were searching for a girlfriend. Has something chanced since then?
"No, not much. I'm still searching for a girlfriend. Do I really hold 13th place? I didn't even remember that anymore."

Are your friends part of the business industry too?
"I have the same lot of friends I had at school. We're all involved in music, acting or writing. Each of us will break through a step at a time. They're basically the only people I aim to please. They're inspiration for me. We're very competitive."

You said you learned a lot from the Salvador Dalì biopic, Little Ashes. Why?
"One of the main themes of the movie is the fear of being overwhelmed and overdriven by ambition, and to get too worried about your public image that you might foget who you really are. I'm very aware of this: If people talks about you - people you haven't even met - in the end you become paranoid about everything and you feel like you can't be honest or truthful. I learned that it's wrong to wear a mask. everything's so much easier and healthier living trying to be yourself. And to not being scared of what people might think of you."

Dakota's style:

It says Dakota has a style which totally represents her age, She's not trying to seem older or too poshy, considering she's only 15.

Ok, two posts in 2 hours..there's really something going on here LOL
Fact is that I just stumbled upon this fic I wrote a few years ago. It's a little Christmas drabble and it was my Secret Santa gift for angst_driven over @ vm_santa (you shold check the comm) back in 2007 ;)

So here. I wanted to post this fic on my LJ for agaes and I finally got my ass to do it :D

Title: Wishing on a Star
Author: Ellie (freezing_82 )
Characters: some good old friends. Basically an OFC plus mentions of Veronica, Logan and Weevil.
Pairing: Logan/Veronica, what else?!
Rating: PG. Just a couple mentions of the F word.
Word count: 1300 more or less
Warnings/Spoilers: Little fluffy future fic. That’s it. Spoilers through the whole series.
Summary: Christmas mornings have always been a blast for Caroline so far, so why should this year be different?
A/N: This is one of my very few attempts to English fic ever, and part of the final gift for the amazing angst_driven (she writes really amazing stuff, y'all!).
Un-betaed, so all mistakes (I'm sure a lot) are only mine.
Disclaimer: I don't own anything. I really wish I own Logan, but unfortunately I don't ;D

She was enchanted by the shimmering red and golden lights chasing each other in a perpetual run up to the top of the Christmas tree. Caroline really put great efforts in decorating the house this year more than ever cause she was finally tall enough to climb on the fireplace base and put a couple more decorations on her own. The ones she made at school.
Still, something was missing.

As the never tiring, genetically stubborn, little girl she was, everything had to be perfect. From the decorations and the wreaths hanging on the front and back door, to the exact position of the presents under the tree. Everything had to be under control. Her only and exclusive control.
She didn't really know why sometimes, in the middle of one of her random Christmas spirit outbursts, her father kept on staring at her smirkling, shaking his head.

Now he was leaning against the kitchen door, silently watching her trying to steady a little angel hanging from one of the highest branches.
“Need some help there, smartypants?” he asked, amused.
Caroline was panting and moaning in discomfort cause she couldn't reach high enough to grab the angel but only touch it with her fingertips, and jumping wasn't an option unless destroying a whole morning of work was worth the risk.

“I'm six years old, dad!” she sounded affronted. “I'm a big girl now” she added rolling her eyes “I don't need you to watch over me anymore.”
“'Course you are, honey.” he smiled sweetly. “I'm just worried that we might not be finished with the tree in time for dinner if you go on like this.” And he was approaching, hands in the pockets of his jeans.
“I will!” Caroline protested finally turning to glare at her father with the arm still raised, a glimpse of warning in her beautiful hazel eyes.
“Oh, come on Lynn. Don't you want your brother to see the tree all done before he goes to bed?”
“Like he could see a thing.” she was rolling her eyes again. “He's not even born yet!”
“But I can hear you perfectly fine Caroline Echolls and I don't like your tone!” Her mother's voice came from the kitchen. Logan was still smiling when he took her daughter in his arms lifting her up, ignoring her protests.

“You know the drill honey, mum's super busy, let's try and don't get her mad, ok?” he said kissing her lightly on the cheek. “Now, let's fix that little friend, shall we?”
When the piece of feathers and cotton was finally in place and the pout disappeared from Caroline's lips she finally allowed herself to hug her dad.
“That's my girl!” Logan chuckled putting her on her feet again.
“I let you help me just 'cause I was tired. I could have done it all by myself.” but they both knew it was just an act.
Now Logan was laughing, heading back to the kitchen, muttering something like 'like mother, like daughter'.

Looking puzzled back at him, in situations like that, was the only reaction Caroline could manage.

Her mother wasn't exactly the Grinch, but she wasn't that much into decorating either. As a matter of fact it was her father who collected all the boxes with lights and decorations from the garage every year to help her, but it was also tradition for her mom to put the glittering golden star on the top of the Christmas tree. When Caroline was still a baby girl, her mom used to hold her while putting the star on its place and tell her that the star was the guiding light, warm and safe.

The Star was still missing though, and Caroline was on the edge of tears now.

“And where is it, then? You promised dad!” she sniffled, exausted a few minutes of intensive crying later.
“I know, baby, I did and I'm sure it'll be here anytime soon” was the only answer he could give her. After all, that was what Veronica said.
“But we can't have lunch until my tree isn't done! And it's not!” she sit on the floor, right under the tree. “Mum!!” she looked up.
Veronica was now standing near the fireplace, and Logan was hugging her from behind, a hand tenderly around her shoulders, the other resting on her 7th-months large belly.
“We'll make it in time, I promise.”
“O-ok” Caroline sniffled again.
“Yeah well, I won't use that word if I were you” Logan whispered in Veronica's ear “I told you it wasn't a great idea to begin with”.
She turned to face him. “Oh please don't go there again, Logan. It's Christmas, could we just agree it's for the best?” and she smiled encouragingly.
“Just because it's you.” he stated kissing her on the lips with a loud smack. “Because you're very pregnant” another kiss “and still fucking sexy” he breathed, his lips a few inches from hers again.
“Logan!” it was a warning. Caroline was still sitting at their feet, but Veronica was smiling broadly.
Logan had barely the time to pull her into his arms when the bell rang. “Saved by the bell” he grinned.
“'Coming!!” shouted Caroline standing up and running towards the door.
“Lynn, wait up for dad!” Veronica said to the girl. She was holding Logan's hands in her own, drawing patterns with her thumbs on his palms. “I'm going to change for lunch, be nice ok?”
“I'm always nice, that's why you love me so much”. Oh he could be so smug!

Caroline was at the door, a hand on the knob, but was waiting for her dad.
When she had his silent permission to open the door the first thing she saw was a big, glittering silver star gently rocking back and forth before her eyes.
“Hey there goldylocks!” came a voice she immediately knew.
“Uncle Weevil!! You found her!! I was worried! Thanks!” she was pratically jumping up and down with excitement.
“Hey baby, why don't you take this upstairs to mum?” Logan suggested gently stroking her long blond hair.
“Yes!!!” was her only word and it was muffled from her footsteps on the wooden floor.
“Logan.” Weevil was unsure to what to expect, coming for Christmas lunch, but at least Logan wasn't waiting for him with a gun or a baseball bat, so maybe they would be cool for the day.
“Weevil.” Logan wasn't that much into talking, but he stepped aside to let Weevil in.
“You know, just for the record, I can't stand you.Those days back when you tried to kill me and your buddies were playing russian roulette with my hand are far from forgotten, but it's Christmas and Veronica makes me so happy that I'm feeling ok with this whole crazy idea of you coming for lunch and all.” he was waving his hand theatrically.

Weevil saw that coming. He knew they'll never be friends and somehow he was ok with the idea. Veronica was happy, loved and they were living proof that two very damaged kids could make the best out of their lives, if they really wanted things to work. Despite all.
“Yeah man, I can see that now.”
“Cool. Ok, so..what's your poison?”
“You're offering me booze? On your own free will? Must be my lucky day.” Weevil seemed really surprised.
“Hey! I'm a gentleman, after all. Plus, you made my baby girl smile so..I think I owe you at least a drink. Uhm..a lunch...maybe even a round of poker” and he was smirkling again leading the way to the living room.

Caroline was playing with her new Barbie doll, later after lunch, watching her dad and some friends playing cards and she really didn't understand why adults sometimes acted like complete fools. But, there's was one thing she was completely sure of. The Star was shining from its place on top of the tree, and Christmas mornings were going to be her favourite days ever!

As you can see..I'm not dead :D

I just got caught up into RL and completely left off my virtual life.

A lot went on. Some good things happened, some sad too. My pc finally crashed on me and I had to get it fixed and re-boot the poor thing. Fresh start, right? But I'm still here.There's going to be a MAJOR friend-cut sometime this month. Don't get upset if I'm cutting you out. I will cut just the ones that I never saw commenting at my entries and that just added me to lurk. And I'll probably set this journal to friends-only too. i't something I never really understood but I think it's time for me to do it. ;)

Ok, now. Before I get into some unnecesary needed ranting it's better I do this meme snagged from my beloved friend tiredofrunning7

A time for dancing VS Twilight (totally random fun)

I Know..long time no see! yay I'm alive, I survived Christmas and the whole Holidays frenzy.
More updates on RL to come in the next few days.

So, as title says this is totally random, and I'm posting just to have some laughs and giggles with you. I submitted it to L/L but apparently it's too spammy ;)

I was doing zapping last night (yeah, I know..GREAT way to spend a Saturday night *sighs*) and I stumbled on A time for dancing, the movie with Larisa Oleynik and Shiri Appleby. Altough the movie was ending (yeah, I had the enormous luck to watch the saddest part of the whole movie) and that I've already seen it like half a dozen times I let the TV on.

So at one point I noticed something that really made me giggle by myself like a dork.

Item #1: Shiri Appleby's camisole (don't mind Shane West in the second cap, he's just there because I WUB him very much)

Item #2: Kristen Stewart's camisole (again, don't mind the AWESOMELY-HANDSOME RPattz in the second pic, he's just there because he MUST, and because he's HOT, come on!)

So..do you notice something? :D
YES! THAT'S IT!! That's basically the same camisole! LOL I mean, ok, not the very same, but still. It made me laugh and in a cute way too, because both Shiri and Kristen's characters in the two movies are unaware of their potential and can0t see themselves clearly. And they're outsiders (and get to date very gorgeous guys too, which is a plus, obviously).
And if you look..they're even wearing the same kind of velvet pants :D

I'm off, kudos!

Today, November 5th is the birthday of one of the most amazing LJ friend I know, smores100 .
You're really more than I could ever ask for in a friend, Morly.

You know, even if we don't catch up that much lately, I really miss talking to you and our crazy comment-sessions on LJ too LOL
I'm looking forward to meet you, someday. Maybe in London (again) or maybe in some other place.
And, just so you know, the main reason why I got to meet Robert Pattinson is you suggesting me to read Twilight and introducing me to this amazing fandom, so I'll never say enough thank yous to you, I guess *hugs Morly tight*

When in Rome

So, obviously..since I've not been updating bfore I lefy, you might just got that I'm in Rome already :D
I'm using my friend Chiara's notebook at the moment and we're about to watch a movie (even if it's almost 1 in the morning and we'll have to get up at something around 8:30 to go fetch another friend at the airport LOL
Oh well, who cares.
Btw, Rome isw all windy and rainy right now. Very Forks, but not so very cool :D
The BIG EVENT (Rome Flm Festival, exclusive Twilight footage plus 15 mivutes of the movie, just to be speficip even if the ones of you reading my journal already knew) is in two days (I should say 1 though cause technically it's already Wednesday) and we simply can't wait.

As I already said, there'll be plenty of babbling and other fangirl activities later on, so right now I just want to let you know that I'm having a great time here and see yu all soon!

Of bad luck and good luck

I'm warning you, there's a lot of ranting in the first part of this post - feel free to scroll down a bit - LOL cause I'm officially the most unlucky person in the world.

Okay, bad news or good news first?
My laptop crashed last Thursday. I had to replace the speakers and power button that weren't working anymore back in July so I already decided to wait until I got back from the holydays to do a little back-up first and then to get it fixed. Well, it crashed completely on me the other day and I had to take it to tech support. Which bugs me cause I really barely had the time to save a few things only. Most of my files are in there so i really hope they can save something, otherwise I'll lose all my pictures and vids and UNI docs and everithing. *sighs heavily*
I'll call in a few hours to know what the verdict is. Keep your fingers crossed for me, please.
I still have the warranty validation period so if the problem isn't fixable I'll send it to the HP general tech support and they'll probably give me a new one or re-boot mine from scratch. I honestly hope the tech-guys were able to fix at least the speakers and power button, so that I can have it back, save all my junk and then send it to HP support so they'll do what needs to be done.
Plus, since apparently my bad luck isn't enough as it is..my old computer died too just a day after, so after getting all hysterical and grumpy and survive a fight with my Mom about this whole thing, I basically begged my cousin to let me borrow her pc and she was that sweet to bring it to me. She doens't have any internet connection at the house at the moment, so it would be useless for her to have a pc at home anyway. She can come here whenever she wants to use it, of course! Actually she was here all Saturday afternoon LOL
She even created an account just for me and named it 'Ele & Edward', which is the cutest thing ever! *huggles her cousin*
And I probably won't bother fixing that one too. it's very very old and very slow, so I don't want to waste money on something that's not worth it.

On the bright side..and a very BRIGHT one!
As I already posted before, I was so thrilled to have the chance to go, but I didn't dare say a word until I got my ticket.
Selling begun at 11a.m. on Oct 7th and the tickets for the Twilight event got sold out (SOLD OUT, people!!) in less than an hour. Less than a freaking hour!! Mostly because the event will take place in the middle sized hall which counts up about to 1200 seats (Oh but, of course High School Musical got the bigger one *taps her feet on the gound*).
I was lucky enough to buy mine online and find a seat in the 9th row, which is absolutely fucktastic!
I'm sorry a few of my friends got their seats in the back or up in the galleries. Seating placement was absolutely random, both if you got the tickets online or directly on the Festival location ticket office, like some of my friends did. Randomness is really stupid. If you get somewhere first, you should get the best placement, right?
Well, the most important thing is that we're all set and ready to melt in our seats at the very first sight of Robert, Kristen and Catherine in almost less than 15 days.
I still can't believe I'm going to see them in the flesh. OMG!

*insert crazy-fangirl moment here*

Btw, I'm going to leave for Rome a few days before the event, probably on Monday 27th, to spend some time with my friend Chiara ans visit the city (I've been there twice but just for one day and I didn't really have the chance to see a thing aside from the Colosseo and the Olimpic Stadium) before we get stuck in this whole Twilight frenzy LOL and I should be back on Nov 2nd
Yes, I'll do my best to take tons of pictures and vids from the event.

I'll get back to you before I leave for Rome, anyway.
Now I gotta go 'cause - among other things - I have an exam on Wed so I better go to bed and rest a bit before I have to wake up again to put my nose on Hystory books once more.

2 weeks, 4 movies..it's a record, baby!

Uhm so while I'm still on this Twilight-in-Rome frenzy, it's better for me to get distracted a little, before I collapse :D
I've been to the movies 4 times in two weeks, which is kind of a record for me.
To sum up, I saw:
- Burn after reading
- The Rocker
- Hancock
- Mamma Mia!

The Rocker and Hancock were ok, nothing special, but certainly a funny way to pass a saturday night out, right?
Actually I have to say Rainn Wilson totally wins at life, I loved his character and I think it's time for me to catch up with The Office. 5 seasons, yes, I can make it..maybe LOL

I wish I could say the same for Burn after reading...(review on both Burn and Mamma Mia! are behind the cut)

I read/hear people who claim they loved it, that it's a brilliant movie and that Joel&Ethan Coen simply are genius. Honestly? I almost fell asleep in my chair! Which is absolutely UNBELIEVABLE for me since I've never - EVER! - fell asleep at the cinema. Never, even watching Solaris, which I believe is the most boring movie ever made.
Apart from Clooney and Swinton's characters and acting, the movie was absolutely nonsense in a way that probably was meant to be funny and clever, but I didn't get it that way. Maybe it's me, i wasn't opened to the Coen's final message or something but when I was getting back home the only thing that was crossing my mind was 'what a way to BURN 7$'. Not good.

So totally different was my experience with Mamma Mia! yesterday night. I went to the theatre with julesina and from the very first notes of I have a dream I was singing along with the ost and never stopped till the very end. Waterloo+spandex= ROCK big time LOL
Amanda Seyfried, as maybe some of you know, was never my favourite actress on the VM cast. Well, now I can say, without any doubt that she's grown on me so much that I can barely remember why I didn't like her in the first place. LOL

She's brilliant, has this incredibly sweet voice and her interaction with Meryl Streep and 'the fathers' was just SO AMAZING!
I loved the whole package: cast, music, story, even if I have to say my faves were Meryl, Amanda, Colin Firth *me loves him since forever* and Julie Walters. The only little thing I didn't completely like was the eding, aka Donna/Sam together, and, being the annoyngly curious being that I am, not knowing who Sophie's father was. :D
Oh well, I don't want to rant about this! The movie overall was HILARIOUS, and I really had a great time. I was thinking to go and watch it again next week with my BFF if I succeed convincing her LOL

I guess that's all for today. I'm going to launch myself onto bed cause I'm literally fighting to stay awake and I can't - abso-fucking-lutely - get up too late in the morning, otherwise my mom's gonna bite my head off, and it could be probably difficult to go taking the exam due next week or, even worst, going to Rome at the end of the month.
So goodnight everyone!

On a little side note: the second Twilight teaser trailer is going to be shown with Disaster Movie, which I absolutely don't want to go watching. I refused to watch Decameron Pie for the very same reason, because movies like those make me feel like I'm literally wasting money.
Speaking of..For the love of God, someone please explain to me WHY Hayden Christensen even considered doing that movie! Please!

I LOVE MY COUNTRY!!! IT'S TWILIGHT TIME!

For those of you that are thinking I'm losing it (might just happen in the next 10 minutes), I'll try to explain why I'm on the verge of tears (of joy) and i'm like orgasming on the spot LOL

Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Catherine Hardwicke will be in Rome on october 30th to present 15 minutes of the Twilight movie and never-before-seen backstage footage at the International film festival..Obviously I'm fucking going! LOL

And now I can die happy an all fuzzy inside.

Back home, back to reality

So here I am.
I got back from my cruise on Sunday and kind of slept all the way through Monday and half of Tuesday LOL
You know, before I left I thought cruises were all about relax and sleeping and sun bathing and swimming in the pool.
I couldn't be more wrong. I mean, sure you can do anything but relax and all that, but truth is it can be boring on the long run.
We actually stayed aboard only on Monday, when the ship was in Naples, but after that, we went ashore on exursion every day in a different city, and almost every excursion we chose was in the morning, so no sleeping through the morning for us. On the contrary!
Wednesday morning, when we were visiting Tunis we actually had the meeting point at 7:30 a.m. LOL yeah, I know.
It was so much fun though. I have to say I always had my doubts about cruises, you know, thinking about staying on the ship the whole time, but I'm glad I've been proved wrong.
I've been in 5 different cities - Palermo, Tunis, Palma de Mallorca, Barcelona and Marseille (Em I SO thought of you while I was there!!) - and 4 different countries - Italy, Tunisia, Spain and France.
Fascinating countries, all of them, but if I have to pick one as my fave I'm gonna say Spain. People are so NICE! It's warm but not too hot, Barcelona is so FULL of history and art and last but not least, you can go shopping without getting grumpy about how much money you spent, because it's cheap. I can't say the same for France, though. Damn they're expensive!
So yeah, I'm definitely planning on going back to Spain as soon as I can and take the right amount of time to visit the city properly.

I made like TONS of pictures but I'll be posting just a bunch of them, because they're really a lot and because I'm lazy :D
AND, since photobucket apparently HATES me, I'm uploading them on couple of facebook album. And I actually had to use two albums cause I uploaded something like 120 pics. Considering I took over 700, that's almost 1/3 of the total LOL

As for my getting-back-to-reality process..I'm starting this new little job on Monday. well actually I'm going to meet my 'boss' tomorrow afternoon with the girl I'm going to be the sostitute of. Nothing too exciting, really.. I'll be sort of babysitting a couple of kids, take them after school, make them lunch and take them to the sports centre in the afternoon.
Nothing exciting, as I said. But it's still work, they pay me (quite well actually) and I can be out of the house for 3 afternoons a week, which is SO good giving my mom's grumpiness lately.

It's vacation time for me, finally!!!
I'm leaving tomorrow morning for a cruise on the Mediterranean. We (me and a friend) will be visiting southern Italy, Tunisia, Spain and France.
8 days of complete and utter relax! Yay!
I'll be posting tons of photos and videos as soon as I get back.

PS: Ok so..I still haven't finished reading Breaking Dawn and I think won't read one more page until I get back from my vacation, 'cause I'm not taking it with me. My friend is waiting for the Italian version this fall so I don't want to take the risk and spoil her by mistake.

About to Break Dawn

BREAKING.DAWN.IS.HERE. *_*
YAAAAAY!!

This obviously doesn't mean my hiatus' over, cause it's not.
I just wanted to let you know how thrilled I am to finally have the book in my hands and being able to touch the cover and just breathe in all the atmosphere, letting the anticipation flow through me!

I was planning a theories post as I said in my previous entry and I'll just be quick on that, and even put my theories under the cut even if they're summed-up to the very essential form. Othervise you wouldn't want to read them, believe me when I say I can be very wordy when the subject takes me LOL

You don't have to agree or disagree on the whole line, of course. I was even thinking about disabling comments on this post, so that you don't get carried away and spoil me by mistale, but I decided to have faith in you guys..don't let me down, ok?

Ok so..first of all, and I'm saying this again..I DIDN'T READ ANYTHING of BD except from the quotes of the day and the first chapter, so what follows is basically all theoric-like and it's just my point of view.
Actually I came up with some of these theories while I was re-reading Twilight and New Moon and writing down my expectations for Breaking Dawn.

Theory No. 1: Bella WILL remain human at the end of BD
That's basically the only thing I can feel almost for sure. There's a lot of clues (or maybe it's just me seeing clues where there's absolutely no clue LOL), especially in NM that made me think about this and say 'ok, I think Stephenie Meyer wouldn't accept a vampiric existence for Bella at the end of the saga'.
I honestly don't care if Bella remains human or not (even if I'd rather see her as a vampire since it's what she wants) cause the main worry for me will always be will Bella&Edward remain together forever, no matter what?
Also..IF Bella remains human, then I hope for SM's sake that she found a way to bring back human!Edward too, otherwise there'll be absolutely NO happy ending for me. Sorry everyone, I can't really see shades of gray in this situation. I tried, but I can't.
But..there's a BUT..IF SM managed to make Edward human again..what with the Cullens? He wouldn't leave his family unless it's to stay with Bella, but as much as Bella loves him and wants to stay with him forever, I don't think she'll ever allow him to leave his family behind.
So maybe there's still a possibility that SM chose to turn Bella into a vampire.
I mean..ok, being a vampire obviously has its pros and cons, but if you ever find in your life, the only person you'll ever love more than your own life..would you chose to remain human with him and die happy at 70 or chose to be with him FOREVER suffering a little bit of pain and alienation? Being with him for Eternity? Forever's a really big word, people.
I don't know about you, but I'll chose the second option without even thinking about it.

Theory No. 2: No sex, she's a mormon
Self explanatory, right? That's the second sure thing about BD I can feel. Stephenie Meyer never gave us a little hint of sex in the past three books and something tells me she didn't give up on BD as well. LOL
Well..I'm sure she HAD TO let Bella and edward have their fun on the wedding night, but we'll most definitely have to imagine the whole scene in our head.
It's not that we're all pervs, but come on! 4 books and still not even a little teensy bit of sex? Stephenie..I'm sure you didn't find your sons under a cabbage plant, right? LOL

Theory No. 3: Someone will die in this book
I can feel it..someone will die. I actually have a couple of names in my head but it's too painful to say it out loud, mostly because it's a character I love even if we didn't get to read about it that much.
I refuse to think it'll be one of the Cullens. That would be too much.
Ok I'm gonna say it. I think it'll be someone from the pack. As much as I despise Jacob (no bashing people, everyone has his own opinions) and find him absolutely still an immature person, I think it's going to be Quil.
The whole thing with Clare and the fact that she wouldn't be able to see him as he sees her - friend, lover, guardian - for another 15 or 16 years just gave me that bad, very bad feeling that something terrible's going to happen ho him. *sighs* I really hope nobody dies in BD but I still have this bad feeling, you know? *sighs again*
I WANT TO BE WRONG ABOUT THIS ONE, though.

Theory No. 4: Jacob as the second narrator.
It's obvious to me that Jacob will be the second narrator. Mostly because there's the final part of Eclipse counting as clue.
I don't like this double narration think, though. And let me explain why. it's not because of Jacob. Not quite.
It's mostly because I can't seem to understand why she did it. I think the saga's going to lose part of its charm. All the previous books are narrated by Bella and everything was super-fine. Why SM had to change things in the last one? really I can't understand.

If there's one of my theories I don't want to be right about is the third one, believe me even if having Jacob as a second narrator doesn't suits me either.
The only reason I'll ever accept for this change is the face that Bella will be turned into a vampire and that Jacob - or whoever the second narrator is - will have to fill in the gaps in her troubled newborn period. Even if, though..In that case, the most suitable second narrator should be Edward, or Alice.

But I also have ONE BIG FEAR: I don't mind cheesy, I don't mind expected, but I DO (and forever will) mind mediocrity and banal just to solve things up the easy way. So I'll be disappointed if SM gave up to it just to sell more. And I hope SM won't disappoint me, cause I have a fair share of expectations from this book. ;)

Ok I think those are the main theories and fears. I think I had some other little ones posted somewhere but I'm in a hurry right now so you'll have to deal with only 4 of them for now LOL
I'll start reading the book as soon as my friends receive their copies, as we planned.
I'll see you guys as soon as I'm done with it!

Ok, so I still haven't gotten my copy of Breaking Dawn, so yeah, the hiatus thing still stands.

I'm posting because I just wanted to let you all know whan an AMAZING LJ (soon-to-be in person!) FRIEND I have!!

I'm super HAPPY because Em (inthevast) has like..just taken a train to come and see me!
I mean, seriously! You know she was in Paris the last month (you knew, right?) and she came to Italy to pay a little visit to Rome and a few other cities..well..she's been awesome enough to catch a train from Bari just an hour ago and I'll go fetch her at the station in the morning! *_*
I'm excited beyond belief and I can't wait to finally see her and give her a big bear hug!

My HP7 hiatus worked up pretty well so I hope this one will go as smoothly.

My friend keitmi is going to come visit me as soon as she gets her copy (I ordered it for her, blondeandpetite and another friend) and we'll be like 'all over twilight'. I honestly cant wait! It's getting quite odd - not to mention hysterical - having this HUGE desire to talk all-Twilight from the moment I wake up till I go to bed and not having anyone to share this frenzy with.

June: football, explanations and pimp post

Ok, since I've been an HORRIBLE, totally UNFORGIVABLE LJ friend lately, I have some explanations to do. Sort of.
Feel free to cut me off whatever list you have if you're disappointed of me.
But I surely hope you don't do that, d'uh. Mostly because I've been caught up in RL, and had a lot of troubles in family so if you think this is just another random excuse..I don't honestly care.
I have indeed had a few problems and they're most definitely far from being over so I won't be around that much from now on as well.
Enough with the pity part of this post.

I'm here to pimp something. I know I haven't posted any birthday wishes on my lj so far, for anybody. Of course I wished HB to anyone on my flist on their journals so far but since I knew I couldn't be around on regular basis I thought it could be pretty lame of me post for someone's birthday and don't post for some other's. I don't really like double standards, so I rather don't post at all. (I'm positive I'll do it next year though)
But, there's a but. Joanne (joannwithane) has been cute enough to make a birthday pimp-post for Sarah (dorkfish04) this morning and I couldn't help myself from doing it myself.
So here it goes..

Yes, I'm talking about EURO2008, the European football champioship.
Yesterday night we kicked French football team's ass and sent them all home, I'm sure they're licking their wounds right now. Not that I really care. I'm not that fond of French people in general (cause they've been so mean to me when I was there) and I definitely loathe Domenech with all my heart for being such a lame little jackass. So there. Italy passes, France goes home. That's it. End of story.
And just because I always wanted it, but never got my ass into buying it..i just bought Italy's official team shirt *yay* and a couple of Euro shirts for my parents too, on the Euro 2008 official site.

I really wish this was a cheerful post. But it's not.
My mum was ok with me going to London, so I wouldn't be having problems with her. But my friend can't make it so..
I won't be going to the convention. Breakout Beyond will remain a dream for me. I had lots of fun last year and I'll hold onto those great memories.
Of course I'd love to see Kristen and Jason, but I guess I have to wait for pics and reports from the actual attendees.
You guys have to make GREAT pics and reports, ok? ;)

Mum, can I go to Breakout Beyond? - part 2

This is just a quick painless update on my BoB's attending status.

I don't know for sure if i'll be going yet. Let's say I'm through the convincing my mum part of the issue. It's a done deal, thank God.
Actually I was planning to go with 2 friends, but one of them told me the other day she's got exams the same week of the convention, so she can't make it. Which makes me really sad cause she was the one who got me to watch the show in the first place. So it would have been super cool to go with her, you know?
Now I'm waiting for my other friend to tell me if she's coming or not, without any doubt so we can start booking and planning. I'd go alone but I know for sure fun would be out of the equation. The coolest part of this kind of events is going with friends who share your same passion, right? There's no point making all those efforts to go and be on my own.
Plus, we're thinking about going a few days before the con so we can take our time to visit London. Last year we barely saw Camden Town and the London Trocadero. We'd love to visit Madame Tussauds, for example, London Eye and even Harrods, since neither of us has aver been there before.
So here, that's basically the situation up to today. I'll keep you posted as soon as I have news!

Mum, can I go to Breakout Beyond? - part 1

First of all, I want to thank everyone of you for the lovely and supportive comments on my previous post. I really appreciated it, you guys are great!

Now, off with the juicy stuff! So today I started talking my mum about London. Yes, as in BREAKOUT BEYOND, kind of London. LOL
Before I go on, let me clarify something. My mum kind of hates tv-shows. She thinks they're a waste of time and that, obviously, I waste mine watching them.
That being said, shouldn't be any news for you if I voluntarily chose not to mention the words 'tv-show', 'convention' and such to my mum, right? LOL
Well..so today I was talking to her about school and nothing in particular, and I casually mentioned me and my friends were thinking about going on vacation together again, this year. Probably in London. She looked at me and said 'again?' and I was like 'so what? I love London!' (which is completely true, btw) and she just smiled, a little puzzled.
So there, I felt a little bit better about the whole situation, I'll keep on talking her into the idea of me going to London again.
Cause I really, really want to go. Oh and my friends too, ça va sans dire. Last yeas was a blast and I can't even imagine how happy I could be with my LoVe ones together, reunited! *aww* Keep your fingers crossed for me, would you? I'll keep you guys posted.

The Dean, 'best night of my life Dean?' I think so!

This is TOTALLY random. Just something I had to write. I feel kind of dirty - but in a good way - and weird LOL
And now I'm gonna tell you why.
Jen (rejeneration) and I had a little chat about Jared Padalecki yesterday and somehow this had me dreaming about Dean Winchester.
I mean, Jensen Ackles! LOL Don't get me wrong, he's freaking hot but not my fave.
I woke up with the most stupid smile on my lips, followed by a wicked grin. Thing is I normally dream about Jared, since he's my favourite Winchester, but apparently, by subconscious thought differently last night. Should I read between the lines? *mumbles*

Here's the dream:
First very weird thing: Sam and Dean were living in a real house and not wandering through motels and such, as they actually do. I believe the location was somewhere near Chicago and I'm sure it was summer cause I was wearing just a pair of shorts and a tank top.

I went to the apartment and I remember it was little but very luminous and they had wood/glass sliding doors with white courtains (kind of girly, I know :D ) and a lot of nice wooden furniture inside. I could see Sam sitting at the table with his laptop, so I knocked on the glass and Sam smiled and came to open the door for me. It was also very warm in the house (but that could depend on Sam's presence, I don't know :P )
I had a cupcake (it looked like the ones I made a few months ago) with a little candle on top of it in my hands, and I knew it was Dean's birthday, don't ask me how, I don't have a clue!
As for the dirty part of the dream (and I'm sure this is totally Jen's fault LOL)..I asked Sam if Dean was home and he gestured to his room, so I headed there and here he was. Just out of the shower with a towel around his waist and one around his head (like in 'Bugs' Kind of a mood killer huh?) LOL
When he saw me he smiled - the kind of smile that could light up a barn, just to quote Mrs. Kent - and dried off his hair with the towel. I was smiling too and I handed him the cupcake. When I said 'Happy Birthday' he was grinning at me, dropping the towel and pulling me closer. I could feel the warmth of his body and the little water drops on his skin. I think I said something like 'you didn't even blow the candle, you can't make a wish' and Dean said 'oh, but I already have what I want, you know' resting his forehead against mine and looking me straight in the eyes. Then I remember I dropped the cupcake on the shelf next to me and slide my hands around his waist, on his lower back and - I confess - under the towel! *blushes* Then all went black and I could only hear whispering and laughing. (damn!)

Second very weird (not to mention kinky) thing, Sam remained in the house while I was with Dean in his bedroom. I don't have that part very clear cause it seemed like I was in the room but blindfolded (damn!again), but as far as I remember, I was giggling and moaning, then he was moaning too so I don't think we were playing Scrabble *grins* I had the impression that the walls were pretty thin and I don't remember about closing the door. I mean, Sam, get out of the house! Ew!

That's it, my alarm went off and I swear I never coursed the damn thing so much as I did this morning. *pouts*

PS:The movie/book post is still on its way. I have half of it already written, but this one needed to be posted first!

New Year, old habits

Hi folks!
First of all I want to wish a HAPPY NEW YEAR to all my f-list!
And second I feel like saying a huge THANK YOU ! You've been so kind and supportive and I appreciated it.

My Grandpa is doing really fine after the surgery. They made it in a day-hospital procedure, so he was home for New Year's Eve and it was cool. We were so worried before the operation but since everyting went fine and he was recovering really fast my dad decided to go visit our relavives in the South of Italy for a few days. His mother's not doing so fine lately so he wanted to spend some time with her. My Granpa (my dad's dad) died three years ago, on Christmas Eve and she's been alone since then. She's obviously been taken care of from my dad's brothers and sisters since then but it's not easy.

Ok, now I'm done with the sad part of this post. Gosh, my mum snores, pretty hard LOL I realized it when I slept with her when my dad was away and I didn't want to leave her alone. As a result, I barely slept cause as I already said..she SNORES! LOL
I am never ever going to sleep in the same room with her again!

I already said something like this, but now I'm really willing to do it so..A movie/book post, is on its way, not right now cause I'm really too tired, but definitely this upcoming week.
I had a lot of time for reading/watching movies when I was sick during the holidays, so I have a lot to talk about and maybe rant a bit LOL
Morly (smores100) will be SO proud of me (won't you honey?) cause I finally read Twilight, New Moon and I just bought Eclipse by Stephenie Meyer.
And just so you know it with a little bit of advance..I'm going to probably go against some of the people's choice actor/actresses for some characters on upcoming movies based on novels (yeah I'm talking about Twilight saga, The time traveler's wife and such). Sorry.
